Our new website brings the whole Joy Ours range together with a free customer portal: instant product matching, staff-confirmed prices and order tracking in one place.
Joy Ours has a new home online. joyours.com.au brings together our aged care equipment, mobility aids and assistive technology with the services our customers rely on — NDIS orders, free home trials, home modifications, delivery and installation.
The biggest change is the customer portal. With a free account you can:
- paste a list of equipment or your OT’s recommendations and have each line matched to products in seconds;
- search the full range as you type;
- send a price request and see prices once our team has confirmed them;
- accept quotes online, track deliveries and see your order history;
- send us feedback, or let us know if something has gone wrong.
Every price you see in the portal is confirmed by a member of our team, so you always get a real quote for your situation — including NDIS and Support at Home funding.
Our online assistant, Joy, is also available 24 hours a day to help you find products and answer questions about ordering, delivery and returns. When you need a person, Joy passes your question straight to our team.
