About this product
The Enjoycare EKQ hex dumbbells make it easy to build strength safely at home. They come in seven weights, from a light 0.5 kg up to 5 kg, so you can start gently and step up as you get stronger. That makes them ideal for physio and rehab exercises, falls prevention programs, seniors’ strength classes and everyday home workouts.
Each dumbbell has a soft-touch, non-slip coating that’s comfortable to hold and helps stop it slipping from your hand, even if your grip isn’t strong. The hexagonal ends stop the dumbbells rolling away when you put them down, and the coating protects your floors. Bright colours make each weight easy to spot at a glance.
