About this product

Middle of the range, the IC20 proves to be popular for most. The medium feel provides a soft feel but excellent support. How pressure care works with the IC20: This IC20 medium mattress is heat and pressure sensitive which means that as it gets warmer it becomes softer. So when there is a pressure point developing which usually gets hot and enflamed, this area of the mattress will become softer which allows the blood to flow freely again. Now standard with firm edge support rails. Download Image Gallery Reviews My client found her IC2Q ICARE IC20 ActiveX Mattress - Queen too hard so the ICARE rep suggested we trial an Icare ActiveX Overlay. This made a huge difference to how she slept at night. Eventually ACC allowed her to purchase a soft Icare mattress to improve the quality of her sleep. Happy client, happy OT. Thanks ICARE for your advice. C.S - Occupational Therapist, New Zealand Pressure Care This rating is based on our average peak pressure of <19mmHg.
