AirTec SmartSense Pump with Auto Weight Adjustment The AirTec SmartSense Pump automatically adjusts cell pressure based on the patient's weight, saving time and guesswork when setting up the AirTec alternating air systems. The AirTec SmartSense Pump is suitable for use with the AirTec 5 Alternating Air Overlay (2 air hose connection) and the AirTec 8 Mattress Replacement System (3 air hose connection) and works with single bed and king single bed size systems. The AirTec 5 and AirTec 8 systems come standard with the AirTec SmartSense Pump, and the SmartSense Pump is now available separately, as an upgrade pump for earlier AirTec systems and may also be used with other brands of overlays and mattress replacement systems. Features 1 in 2 Alternation Automatically adjusts cell pressure based on patients' weight Fine Pressure Adjustment, to manually soften or firm weight setting Alternate, Static and Care Modes Seat Inflate Mode, gives added support to the sacrum area when seated Panel Lock/Unlock to prevent accidental changes to settings Adjustable cycle times 10/15/20 and 25minute options Audio and Visual alarms for low pressure, power loss and service Reverts back to dynamic operation after 20 minutes in static mode Whisper quiet <19db Mains cable included
