Cobalt General Purpose/Universal Sling Range The Cobalt Universal or General Purpose sling is a multi-use lifting sling, ideal to assist with general transfers such as to and from a sitting or lying position, or for floor pickups. Cobalt slings are available with or without head support, choosing which sling to use depends on the patient’s trunk stability and their ability to control their head and torso. Selection between the machine washable mesh or polyester fabric, in sizes S-XL, with either a "loop" or "keyhole clip" attachment should only be made after a comprehensive patient assessment has been completed.
