About this product
This care cup lets the user drink in three ways from the same 450 mL cup: through a straw, through a wide spout for thickened fluids, or through a slit spout that lets out small sips. It has a food-grade 304 stainless steel inner, a PP outer shell and a lid with a silicone seal to help stop spills.
Swap between the long 35 cm straw and the short 14 cm straw, or fit one of the two silicone spouts, depending on the drink. When the long straw isn't in use, its outer end can be secured to the port on the lid. Everything comes apart for washing, and a straw brush and a cup brush are included.
An open handle sets this version apart. The same cup also comes in a blue version and with an ergonomic handle; all three share the same lid, straws, spouts and 450 mL capacity, so choose by the handle that suits the user's hand.

How do the three care cups differ?
They share the same 450 mL stainless steel inner, lid, straws and spouts. They differ in the outer shell and handle: this one has an open handle, and the others come in blue or with an ergonomic handle.
Which spout should I use?
Use the wide spout for thickened fluids and the slit spout for small sips. If the user has swallowing difficulties, follow their speech pathologist's advice on which spout and fluid to use.
Can it go in the microwave?
No. Don't put it in a microwave, oven, sterilising cabinet or on induction heating. The cup is rated from −20 °C to 120 °C.
What's included?
A long straw, a short straw, a gravity ball, two spouts, a straw brush and a cup brush.
How do I clean it?
Take off the lid, spouts and straws and wash each part separately, using the straw brush and cup brush supplied.
