About this product
This PVC grip ball is for hand exercises: squeeze it, let go and repeat to practise gripping and opening and closing the hand. Two finger loops hold it in place, so it doesn't slip out of the hand while you work.
The surface is covered in small spikes that you can press and roll against the palm and fingers. Use it in one hand, or rest it in your palm and press it with the other hand. It measures 10 cm wide by 8.2 cm high, weighs about 80 g, and can be washed.
