About this product

These hex dumbbells come in seven weights, from a light 0.5 kg up to 5 kg, so you can start gently and step up as you get stronger. They suit home exercise, strength classes for older people and exercise programs set by a physio.

Each dumbbell has a soft-touch, non-slip coating that is comfortable to hold and helps it stay in the hand, even if your grip isn't strong. The six-sided ends stop the dumbbells rolling away when you put them down, and the coating helps protect your floors. Bright colours make each weight easy to spot at a glance.
