About this product
This seat cushion is contoured memory foam with a cut-out at the back for the coccyx, or tailbone. When you sit, the cut-out leaves that area open, so your weight is carried by the foam around it instead, for more comfortable sitting.
The memory foam moulds to your body as you settle in, then recovers when you get up. Put it on the chair where you spend the most time, with the cut-out at the back. It is a straightforward cushion for people who want less weight on the tailbone when they sit.
Two other Enjoycare cushions are close relatives. The ergonomic EKZ003 also has a U-shaped tailbone cut-out and is listed with bamboo charcoal foam and a zip-off washable cover, while the men's and women's cushions have a hollow centre and a front groove instead. An OT can help you choose between them.

Both have a tailbone cut-out. The EKZ003 is listed with slow-recovery foam containing bamboo charcoal, a one-piece core and a grey zip-off washable cover. Our team can confirm the size and cover details of this cushion.
How is it different from the hollow-centre cushions?
The men's and women's cushions have an open hollow centre and a front groove. This cushion has its cut-out at the back, under the tailbone.
