About this product
This knee walker is for getting around after a foot or ankle injury or surgery. You rest the lower leg on the injured side on a padded knee platform and move forward with your other foot, so the injured foot stays off the ground. It is an alternative to crutches, and your hands and underarms carry less of the load.
You steer with the T-bar handlebar, so you can turn corners and move through everyday spaces with more control. A hand-operated brake lets you slow down and stop, and there is a bell on the handlebar. The contoured knee cushion supports your lower leg, while a built-in spring shock absorber helps soften bumps and vibration as you roll on four 8-inch wheels.
The handlebar has seven height settings and the knee platform has five, from 46.5 to 56.5 cm. The carbon steel frame weighs 9.6 kg and is rated for users up to 100 kg. A removable bag keeps your things within reach, a flip-up footrest at the front supports your foot when you are seated on the platform, and the handlebar stem folds down for storage.
