Ordering and funding
Can I buy this with NDIS funding?
Yes, if your plan funds it. Joy Ours is a registered NDIS provider. We quote and invoice every kind of NDIS plan. For some equipment the NDIS wants an OT’s advice first. Send it with your request and we quote to match.
Can Support at Home, DVA or TAC pay for it?
It can. We quote through your Support at Home provider. We also quote for TAC, DVA, insurers and private buyers. The provider or scheme decides what it pays for, so check with them before you order.
How do I get a price?
Add it to your price request on this page, or call us. We confirm the price, stock and delivery before you pay. The quote appears in your customer portal.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes. Visit our showroom in Mount Waverley (Melbourne) or Edwardstown (Adelaide) by appointment. You can also try selected equipment at home. Ask us about this item.
Do you deliver and set it up?
Yes. We deliver Australia-wide. We set up larger equipment and show you how to use it.
