Full Length Steel Bed Rails - K-Dee Bed Bed Rails, also known as safety sides, are used to help prevent people from falling or rolling out of bed and to provide support for repositioning whilst in bed. Bed Rails should be used in consultation with healthcare professionals and in conjunction with other less restrictive alternatives, e.g. Cobalt Safety Fall Out Mat, to find the best solution for falls & wandering risks. These robust steel side rails reach the full length of the bed, from headboard to footboard and are suitable for use with the K-Dee II and K-Dee Classic single and king single beds.
